1. Scope
These AI Terms supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and apply whenever you use any AI-powered feature or service we provide (“AI Services“), including AI chat and voice assistants, content and copy generation, automation, and AI-assisted CRM functionality. If there is a conflict between these AI Terms and our general Terms of Use on an AI-specific matter, these AI Terms control. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Use.
2. Definitions
- Inputs — the prompts, text, files, data, and other materials you submit to an AI Service.
- Outputs — the content and results the AI Service generates in response to your Inputs.
- AI Providers — third-party AI platform and model providers whose technology we use to deliver AI Services.
3. How AI Services Work
AI Services use machine-learning models, some operated by AI Providers acting as our service providers. Your Inputs may be transmitted to and processed by these AI Providers solely to generate Outputs for you. Our handling of personal information in Inputs and Outputs is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your Inputs and Rights to Use Them
You are responsible for your Inputs. You represent that you have the rights and any necessary consents to submit your Inputs and to allow them to be processed by the AI Services, and that your Inputs do not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law.
5. Outputs and Ownership
- As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the Outputs generated from your Inputs, subject to your compliance with these AI Terms and payment of applicable fees.
- Uniqueness. AI Outputs are generated statistically and may not be unique. Similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users, and we make no claim that Outputs are original or protectable by copyright.
- Your responsibility to review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying Outputs before use. You should not use Outputs that would be unlawful, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate for your purpose.
6. Accuracy and No Reliance
AI Services can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated content (“hallucinations”). Outputs are provided for your assistance only and are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You should not rely on Outputs without independent verification and, where appropriate, professional review. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any Output.
7. Acceptable Use of AI Services
You agree not to use the AI Services to:
- generate or distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or deceptive content;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- generate content that impersonates a person or entity in a misleading way;
- create spam, malware, or content designed to deceive or defraud;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy the underlying models, or use the AI Services or Outputs to build or train a competing AI model or service;
- submit Inputs containing sensitive personal information you are not authorized to share; or
- circumvent usage limits, safety features, or these AI Terms.
8. Model Training
We do not authorize your Inputs or Outputs to be used to train third-party public AI models beyond what is necessary to provide the AI Services to you. Where an AI Provider offers a setting to exclude data from training, we apply it where available to us. We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data that does not identify you or your clients to operate and improve our Services.
9. Third-Party AI Providers
The AI Services depend on AI Providers whose availability, performance, and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of an AI Provider’s technology, and your use of an AI Service may also be subject to the applicable AI Provider’s terms and acceptable-use policies.
10. No Guarantee of Results
AI Services are tools. Any examples or projections of performance, leads, or business outcomes are illustrative only and are not guarantees. Results depend on factors outside our control.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The AI Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions in our Terms of Use apply fully to the AI Services and to any Inputs and Outputs.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update these AI Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Questions:
